摘要: B cells may have various roles in the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis (MS), serving as a source plasma that secrete autoreactive specific antibodies, but also antigen-presenting for activation encephalitogenic T cells. Data indicate antibodies promote demyelination MS and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), animal model MS, while role themselves central nervous system (CNS) disease is less clear. Like dendritic cells, are professional defined by constitutive expression major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II an antigen-specific cell receptor (BCR, membrane-associated Immunoglobulin (Ig)). Compared to other populations, very competent presentation protein antigen when their BCR recognizes same responding As processing CNS required initiation (Slavin et al. 2001), and, particular, autoantigen important myelin-specific MS.
