摘要: Compact planar hairpin bandpass filters on yttrium iron garnet (YIG) substrate with a low insertion loss and large tunable range are designed, fabricated characterised. The magnetic field permeability of the YIG led to frequency 26% from 3.72 2.74 GHz when was varied 0 800 Oe, corresponding magnetically 325% %3dB bandwidth. In meantime, high good impedance match between 0.01%1.4 dB for filter. operating filter showed non-monotonic dependence bias fields, which caused by non-linear spectra. up 7dB within 200%600 due negative that prohibited wave propagation.
