Crystal structure and magnetic properties of Gd3(Fe1-x-yCoyTix)29 compounds

摘要: A series of Gd-3(Fe1-x-yCoyTix)(29) (x = 0.011-0.034, y 0-0.393) Samples have been prepared. Single-phase samples assigned as 3:29 compounds with the monoclinic lattice are obtained in following composition regions: x; 0.011, 0 less than or equal to 0.307; x 0.022, 0.313; and 0.034, 0.393. The solid-solution limit cobalt Gd-3(Fe1-x-yCOyTix)(29) increases Ti content. cell parameters a, b c show anisotropic decreases Co content, i.e. a decrease significantly slightly range investigated. Curie temperature is increased by substitution for Fe Gd-3(Fe1-x-yCoyTx)(29). saturation magnetization first then dependence intrinsic magnetic properties on contents presented. exhibit an easy-magnetization direction a-b plane corresponding CaCu5-type structure at room temperature. anisotropy field H-a decreased magnetocrystalline constant K-1 Fe. No spin reorientation observed alternating-current susceptibility measurement between 77 K
