Cystic mucinous tumors of the urachus: carcinoma in situ or adenoma of unknown malignant potential?

摘要: Mucinous cystadenocarcinomas of the urachus are rare. benign or premalignant tumors even rarer, yet pose a challenge in diagnosis and management. We report case 66-year-old man with lower abdominal pain who had large cystic tumor at dome bladder. En-bloc resection partial cystectomy revealed mucinous cystadenocarcinoma situ. reviewed characteristics all seven previously reported cases. These pre-malignant can cause significant morbidity mortality. They need to be treated similar conventional by wide surgical cystectomy.
