摘要: This article analyzes the opportunities of Chinese initiative “One Belt, One Road”, for development Baltic Sea macro-region (BSR), as a single transport cluster. objectives is to strengthen linkages from Pacific Ocean Region. Thus, contemporary macro-regional approach EU macro-regions can provide an additional impulse creation formal inter-cooperation, via in this case, project that will advance infrastructure region. study examines situation railway sector BSR period 2004–2015, through hierarchical cluster analysis, identify countries with similar trends cargo flow turnover. Taking into account favorable geographical position Poland, its performance and advanced (in comparison other region countries) relations China, it concluded Poland’s conditions are more suitable promote economic integration closest neighbors – countries-through within Rail project.
