摘要: Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules displayed clustered patterns at the surfaces of T (HUT-102B2) and B (JY) lymphoma cells characterized by interreceptor distances in micrometer range as detected scanning force microscopy immunogold-labeled antigens. Electron revealed that a fraction MHC was also heteroclustered with I antigens same hierarchical level described data, after specifically sequentially labeling 30- 15-nm immunogold beads. On JY estimated co-clustered HLA 0.61, whereas 0.24. Clusterization deviation their spatial distribution from Poissonian representing random case. Fluorescence resonance energy transfer measurements confirmed partial co-clustering another 2- to 10-nm Forster distance providing fine details molecular organization receptors. The larger-scale topological may reflect underlying membrane lipid domains fulfill significant functions cell-to-cell contacts signal transduction.
