摘要: In the present work, nanocrystalline Ca 3 Y 2(1-x) Si O 12 :Eu x (x = 1, 5, 10, and 20 mol%) novel phosphors were synthesized by a sol-gel method. The effect of temperature concentration on structural luminescence properties powders investigated under UV excitation. X-ray diffraction profiles showed that all peaks could be attributed to orthorhombic 2 doped Eu phase at various calcination temperatures with concentrations. Scanning electron microscopy was carried out understand surface morphological features grain sizes. Photoluminescence (PL) measurements exhibited presence transitions 3+ dopant, being 5 D 0 _ 7 F transition most intense charge transfer band it observed located around 250 nm. It also found that, PL intensity strongly dependent both dopant concentration. highest for mol% 1000°C. spectral possess sharp bright emission potential applications flat panel displays some other related electronic systems, in observing images red color.
