摘要: This paper presents the strength (UCS) and ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) properties of cemented paste backfill (CPB) produced from two different mill tailings (Tailings T1 T2). A total 240 CPB samples with diameter×height 5 × 10 cm 20 prepared at binder dosages (5-7 wt.%) water-to-cement ratios (3.97-5.10) were subjected to UPV UCS tests 7, 14, 28 56-days curing periods. increased increasing dosage reducing w/c ratio irrespective sample size type. a diameter height observed produce consistently higher (up 1.69-fold) UCSs than those all ratios. However, corresponding ratios, maximum variation between was only 7.45%. Using method least squares regression, values correlated for in size. linear relation high correlation coefficient appeared exist samples. These findings suggest that is essentially independent In this regard, test can be suitably exploited rapid estimation quality even using small concomitant benefits
