摘要: Abstract Magnetic studies have been carried out on single crystals of RFeO 3 (R = Er, Ho and Y) using vibrating sample magnetometer before after swift heavy ion irradiation. Highly anisotropic character the is maintained even Irradiation causes decrease in magnetization increase Neel temperature studied. The attributed to amorphization caused by High-resolution X-ray diffraction confirm irradiation crystals.
