摘要: Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) the mammary glands consists of a proliferation ductal luminal cells with preserved polarity but lacking marked intercellular cohesion hyperplastic cells. We report two cases DCIS arising apocrine glandular structures nevus sebaceus (NS). The first patient was 44-year-old woman neoplasm composed multilayered elements monomorphous cellularity and polar orientation nuclei. neoplastic were positive for Cm5.2 CK7. second 67-year-old phacomatosis pigmentokeratotica. A skin biopsy an erythematous plaque within her NS showed epithelioid tumor eosinophilic slightly granular cytoplasm. Slight nuclear pleomorphism some hyperchromatic nuclei seen. CK7 gross cystic disease fluid protein-15. Actin layer myoepithelial both cases. Our are noteworthy, as secondary malignancies or multiple tumors rare, presence neoplasms pigmentokeratotica is even rarer. Moreover, these expand spectrum malignant NS, they closely resemble DCIS.
