摘要: Histological and bacteriological findings in comparison to clinical data concerning intubation for 38 dead premature infants newborns were studied elucidate conditions complicating intratrachial at the laryngeal level. The larynx was intact 3 cases. Slight lesions of mucosa (epithelabrasion, hemorrhage) found 13, moderately severe (necrosis epithelium, ulcers, pseudomembranes) 11, (deep necrosis, perichondritis with sceletisation) 10 1 case showed a stage regeneration. narrow passage between two processus vocales is site predilection tubus-induced lesions, epithelium bein immediately adjacent cartilage. Successful demonstration infectious agent correlated rising degree mucosal increasing duration intubation. cases, however, already had after short-time-intubation. Formal causal pathogenesis are described. Essential causes are: trauma intubation, irritation by tubus situ, infection. Regenerative power infantile strong. Permanent may occur as scarred stenosis. Careful indication, accurate careful technology choice smallest possible diameter tubus, good care generous prophylaxis against infections be demanded.
