摘要: This work focuses on the facilitation of aggregator companies for provision flexibility services to electricity system by using large numbers dispersed and distributed resources small capacities. initiative TenneT TSO Utrecht University is about identifying potential barriers proposing solutions actions enabling in power systems operations, from scheduling verification settlement, within current programme responsibility imbalance settlement Netherlands. The project activities address feasibility new concepts energy focusing market integration aspects.
