摘要: Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor is one of the most viable technologies for portable and highly sensitive sensing in clinical environmental applications. A lot research on SPR sensors based plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) layers detection various metal ions has been well reported, but a study their correlation between layer thickness response rarely done. The purpose this to investigate dependence time sensitivity PVC. Calcium ionophore was incorporated calcium ion detection. Our experimental results showed that thicker exhibited higher wider range longer time. We discussed diffusion by correlating numerical calculations with ones order understand temporal our sensor. also relied flow rate solutions, indicating bulk media limiting factors.
