摘要: The realization of the potential in research and therapy human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), both embryonic induced, will require mass production undifferentiated differentiated cells. Clearly, conventional two-dimensional techniques for hPSCs are inadequate such. This chapter focuses on suspension culturing hPSCs, a method suitable robust production these controlled bioreactors.
