摘要: Abstract Study abroad research has demonstrated that education provides a host of benefits; however, it is still unclear how and to what extent these benefits occur. The present study aims elucidate the learning process, especially as pertains outcome transformative learning. First, introduces Learning Activities Survey (LAS), an instrument operationalizes quantitatively measures constructs. Second, demonstrates utility LAS for tourism educators, using data collected from students enrolled in school management at private northwestern university. Results confirm occurs settings suggest specific activities (e.g., exploring, sharing, planning) facilitate context. authors recommend continued measure constructs other non-traditional contexts.
