摘要: Background: Sleep quality is a subject of increasing interest to clinicians caring for dialysis patients. Self-assessed sleep disturbances have been associated with life outcomes. ESS SPI item responses between 2 groups compared. items also aggregated into score. Multivariate linear regression analyses scores used factors poor sleep. Results: score not significantly different groups. However, demonstrated impaired subjective in compared control subjects. In addition, quality, as measured by score, lower group (41 vs. 47, p< 0.001). multivariate analyses, male gender (p = 0.006), history coronary artery 0.003), high phosphate level 0.05). Conclusion: This demonstrates global substantially impaired. Poor gender, serum level, modifiable factor. Future studies needed examine relationship
