摘要: Paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) is caused by mixtures of saxitoxin analogs which more than eighteen are known. Reliable and sensitive analytical methods assays for these toxins essential to protect the consumer industry, but research has been restricted a shortage pure compounds. Only so far generally available as PSP toxin standard, yet sulfated usually occur in higher concentrations toxic marine algae shellfish. Methods described purification some common toxins, quantities sufficient preparation standards from dinoflagellate Alexandrium excavatum, giant sea scallop (Placopecten megallanicus) hepatopancreas, cyanobacterium Aphanizomenon flos-aquae. Purity was monitored high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (HPLC-FD), ionspray mass spectrometry (ISP-MS), capillary electrophoresis (CE), proton NMR spectroscopy.
