摘要: Micro-Electric Discharge Machining is an alternative method to fabricate microstructures due its distinct advantages. However, tools for electric discharge machining (EDM) of lower diameters face problems related manufacturing low strength, difficulty in maintaining alignment and positioning accuracy. The cost the required setup accessories undergo a Micro-EDMing process make this technique popular industries.
