摘要: The lingual tonsillar hyperplasia (LTH) is a rare and dangerous condition of the upper airway because it one several risks during intubation which can cause serious complications like cardiac arrest, cerebral anoxia, death. LTH rarely detectable routine oropharyngeal examination. tonsil particular interest to forensic medicine assess cases with malpractice in connection difficulties. Our study looked at how often autopsy specimens had enlarged tonsils whether any relationship existed between tonsillectomies. In total, 497 corpses were examined. Only 16 (3.2%), an was detected. Of cases, 10 (62.5%) normal palatine tonsils; other 6 (37.5%) no or scarred, atrophied, only remnants remained. Statistically, not possible prove From point view, description should appear special reports. When reviewing anatomic features be described.
