Transmission Service Cost Calculation with Power Loss and Congestion Considerations

摘要: One of the most challenging issues transmission grids in restructured power networks is determining real service cost. In this paper, a method for calculating different presented. proposed method, cost loss and congestion services are considered. Using integrated model, strengths weaknesses grid can be straightforwardly analyzed. All simulations have been done on IEEE nine-bus test system. Computing cost, next step to optimize using NSGA-II which two objective genetic algorithm optimal flow implemented considered as functions. Numerical results prove effectiveness optimizing decreasing direct effect improving quality services.
