摘要: Abstract The present work describes a novel process for the elaboration of ceramic material. Y-doped barium zirconate, an electrolyte material Protonic Ceramic Fuel cell, was synthesized by continuous hydrothermal in supercritical conditions (410 °C/30.0 MPa) using nitrate precursors and NaOH reactants. use water allowed formation particles about 50 nm diameter with narrow size distribution. X-Ray Diffraction examination revealed that major perovskite phase few BaCO3 YO(OH) impurities obtained. is assumed to form due faster kinetics than BaZrO3 resulting Ba-deficient phase. Ba-deficiency limits incorporation yttrium into structure. However, thermal treatment at 1000 °C 1 h allows homogenize composition thus obtain compound Ba1.01Zr0.85Y0.15O3-δ.
