摘要: Enhancement of the environmentally responsive fluorescent properties polydiacetylene (PDA) by combination with lipophilic fluorophores was demonstrated and PDA/fluorophore systems were explored. Liposomes containing PDA exhibited enhanced Stokes shift increase in emission as a result energy transfer from to fluorophore. The effects fluorophore variation, degree polymerization diyne placement diacetylene lipid tails on enhancement studied. It determined that signal generation optimized at relatively low extent optimal dependent other parameters. Energy used tool detect exchange between polymerized unpolymerized liposomes study structure liposomes. Fluorophores locate aqueous interface alkyl anchors slow while partition into regions quickly.
