摘要: A cytogenetic study of interspecific • Glycine max × G. soja hybrids was made. The F1 – F2 meiosis and pollen formation studied on preparations stained by Felgen acetokarmin. range in diameter variability proved significant: 9, 6-31, 2 mkm, giving evidence some meiotic disturbances the process microsporogenesis. Chromosomes are from desynaped bivalents univalents during diakinesis metaphase-I. hybrid chromosome composition arises because dissimilarity caused taxonomic differences bean species under study. Genome isolation conjugation within each genomes confirmed hypothesis leading role polyploidy phylogeny soja.
