摘要: Severe type III open fractures were subtyped according to the differences in prognosis for sepsis, amputation, and treatment: IIIA (adequate soft-tissue coverage of bone with extensive laceration or flaps), IIIB (extensive loss periosteal stripping exposure), IIIC (arterial injury requiring repair). Analysis 303 revealed a sepsis rate 0% I, 2.5% II, 13.7% III. The amputation was 18.7%, nonunion 18.5% fractures. Type IIIA, IIIB, had rates 5%, 28%, 8%, 2.5%, 5.6%, 25%, respectively. overall wound 4.4%, 8.6%.
