摘要: Background Subclinical Cushing syndrome in patients with adrenal incidentalomas has been associated an increased prevalence of the metabolic and cardiovascular risk. The management these patients, be it conservative or surgical, is still debated, but there accumulating evidence that surgery best laparoscopic adrenalectomy, when possible, most preferred procedure. Here we present short- long-term results adrenalectomy for subclinical determine effect this procedure on components syndrome.
