摘要: Recently, energy access and efficiency have attracted much research interest due to their critical role in addressing the challenges of climate change country’s social economic development. The major question this study is whether household demand can be influenced by government institutions political systems which switch preferences towards clean sources including renewable energy. analysis revealed that agencies are not well-coordinated when dealing with issues e.g., ward village leaders always agreement lack common understanding arising out in- creasing supply use efficient appliances. In addition, households witnessed despite low level income, they would done better terms accessing quality affordable had been educated or informed about need shift from using wood electricity for different activities. recommends universities offer training, consultancy field help raise awareness among communities costs benefits sources. results therefore, provide useful current information policy making planning on barriers order formulate remedial action.
