摘要: Abstract Dependence on the crystallization behavior, thermal ability and soft magnetic properties of Fe 84.7 Si x B 10.5-x P 4 Cu 0.5 C 0.3 (x = 0–2.0 at.%) alloys with high content were investigated. The results show that addition minor significantly weakens peaks increases amorphous forming alloys. With increase content, it improves second peak temperature greatly enlarges interval between two peaks, which broadens annealing range. When is up to 1.5 at.%, alloy can effectively inhibit precipitation Fe-B compounds during process annealing. contributes formation stable nano-structure, leading a good for alloy. Through optimum treatments, nanocrystalline exhibits Ms 206.5 emu/g (Bs ≈ 1.92 T) low Hc 12.5 A/m.
