摘要: Overexpression of Cullin7 is associated with some types malignancies. However, the part in hepatocellular carcinoma remains unclear. The aim this study was to investigate role pathogenesis and progression carcinoma. In present study, expression cell lines five surgical specimens detected quantitative reverse transcription PCR western blotting. addition, protein examined 162 cases archived using immunohistochemistry. We found elevated both mRNA levels lines, significantly upregulated compared paired normal hepatic tissues. immunohistochemistry analysis revealed that overexpression occurred 69.1% samples, which a higher rate than adjacent tissue (P < 0.01). Statistical lymph node metastasis, tumor thrombus portal vein advanced clinical stage (P < 0.05). Furthermore, by overexpressing HepG2 cells, we could enhance proliferation, growth, migration invasion. Conversely, knocking down short hairpin RNAi cells inhibited Our studies provide evidence plays an important may be valuable marker for management.
