摘要: Deposition of the Pt doped cerium oxide catalyst layers on carbon nanotubes and flat substrates by magnetron sputtering leads to growth solid solution films composed nanorods oriented perpendicularly substrate surface forming fractal like highly porous structure. The contain only cationic Pt2+ Pt4+. Cerium is partially reduced. reveal high catalytic activity as anode in proton exchange membrane fuel cells. Preparation nanoporous structures shows that this technique suitable for preparation micro cell systems made planar technology.
