摘要: Abstract The EPR and optical spectra of vanadium in glasses ternary Al2O3P2O5SiO2 Al2O3P2O5B2O3 systems have been measured. results were compared with earlier data for binary phosphate, aluminophosphate silicaphosphate de-Biasi V4+ crystalline powder α-crystobalite AlPO4. superpositions two hyperfine (ASB-I ASB-II) found many systems. Both can be attributed to VO2+ ions. intensity ratio the ASB-II spectrum ASB-I depends on glass composition but is great (> 7) all glasses. Only was observed low concentration Al2O3. spectral parameters are g| = 1.916–1.921; g⊥ 1.980–1.988; A| (188−190) × 10−4 cm−1 A⊥ (74–77) cm−1. Three intense bands at 370, 455 700 ans 720 nm these V3+ excellent agreement ions AIPO4 under study suggest identical electron structure paramagnetic species. This species believed characterized by 680 790 which de Biasi. orbital mixing coefficients indicate strong tetragonal distortion vanadyl complexes responsible spectrum. It assumed that this act as modifiers fitting into relatively small holes three-dimensional networks phosphate containing no cations large radii. microscopic basicity oxygens such must about 0.48.
