摘要: It has been well known that smoking alters the property and functionality of a wide range immune cells including dendritic (DCs). However, great deal effort in past mainly devoted to dissect effect on pulmonary DCs, while its exact impact circulating DCs remains be fully addressed. Therefore, present report we particularly examined number subset peripheral blood by multi-parametric flow cytometry analysis. A significant increase for mononuclear (PBMCs) was noted subjects.
