摘要: We examined gender differences in appetite sensations when exposed to Mediterranean diet (MedDiet) meals and determined whether there are the change satiating properties of MedDiet over time. Thirty-eight men 32 premenopausal women consumed a 4-week isoenergetic under controlled conditions. Visual analogue scales were used measure perceived before immediately after each meal course one day (Wednesday) first fourth week intervention. Women reported greater decreases for desire eat, hunger, score than response consumption (gender-by-meal interactions, resp., P = 0.04, 0.048, 0.03). Fullness prospective food responses did not significantly differ between women. Between intervention, premeal increased with time (P 0.0007) but 0.84; gender-by-time interaction 0.04). These results indicate MedDiet. may be useful order have better understanding issues body weight management.
