摘要: The invention discloses a microwave sensor for synchronously measuring dielectric constant and magnetic conductivity of medium material. comprises two microstrip linestructures, layer, metal sheet slotted CSRR (complementary split-ring resonator) structures from top layer to bottom layer. Each structure is composedof an inner slot ring outer ring, wherein each the provided with opening, facing directions openings are identical; oppositeright angles opening opposite right all folded inwards in alignment mode, extends towards inside outside form channels; part between channels region maximum field intensity, used contain to-be-detected sample sample; channels, where inwards-folded theinner connected, electric sample. According sensor, differential adopted, measurement can be performed on conductivity, influence environment factors eliminated by adoption relative mode.
