摘要: The most dominant global threat to natural forests and their biodiversity is land-cover change, which has negative impacts on both species persistence ecosystem functions. Land-cover change could alter animal behaviour disrupt seed dispersal mutualisms. However, its effects the role of bird functional traits in are not well studied. In present study, we assessed contributions (behavioural traits: food habit, foraging pattern, frequency, habitat specialisation; morphological weight, body length, wing tail length) removal patterns distances an endangered native tree species, Chinese yew (Taxus chinensis), farmland, patchy habitat, southeast China. We found that ability T. chinensis trees form mutualisms with local birds varied across different disturbed habitats. As a consequence these mutualisms, more seeds were removed by from than other two number increased frequency. Moreover, distance three habitats differed, longest observed at farmland site. Seed length. Our results highlight importance forest habitats, should be considered for conservation management.
