摘要: Abstract The synthesis and characterization of a novel hybrid organic–inorganic material formed by phosphomolybdic acid H3PMo12O40 (PMo12) poly(2,5-benzimidazole) (ABPBI) is reported. This material, composed two proton-conducting components, can be cast in the form membranes from methanesulfonic (MSA) solutions. Upon impregnation with phosphoric acid, present higher conductivity than best ABPBI polymer impregnated same conditions. These electrolyte are stable up to 200 °C, have proton 3 × 10−2 S cm−1 at 185 °C without humidification. properties make them very good candidates as for membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) temperatures 100–200 °C.
