摘要: The aim of this review is to present research that has a bearing on the pathogenesis hypersensitivity in muscle pain syndromes. Allodynia and hyperalgesia these syndromes can be segmental or generalized temporary permanent. Hypersensitivity conditions clinic best diagnosed by determining pressure threshold. In disorder such as fibromyalgia, decreased thresholds also are found at sites where there no tenderness. Pathogenetic mechanisms for allodynia identified several levels nociceptive system, from nociceptors cortex. Central sensitization neurons dorsal horn disturbed balance between inhibitory facilitatory impulses descending tracts brain stem main hypersensitivity. Changes function, biochemical make-up, synaptic connections considered caused neuronal plasticity.
