摘要: Abstract The cargo port choice literature has investigated choices by users of services, i.e., shippers in having their and transportation carriers ships vehicles serviced a port, but little attention been given to providers services. This paper investigates port: (1) operators, (2) shipper agents (freight forwarders third-party logistics providers) (3) harbor pilots, (4) tugboat (5) shipping line (6) customs brokers.
