摘要: We studied the genetic control of dance dialects that exist in different subspecies honey bees (Apis mellifera) by observing variation form observed a backcross between two lines showed widely dialects. To do this we generated reciprocal cross performed Rinderer and Beaman (1995), thus producing phenotypic segregation forms within single colony rather than colonies. Our results are consistent with (1995) inheritance transition point from round dancing --> waggle is locus more one allele. That is, found type to be dominant F(1), 1:1 involving F(1) recessive parent. However, some minor differences dialect inheritance, most significant being an apparent reversal dominance our (for us "black" dialect) (they report "yellow" dialect). also black not perform distinct sickle dance, whereas used did such dance. difference need contradict as there no evidence body color for linked.
