摘要: A considerable body of evidence suggests that formation potent reactive oxygen species and resulting oxidative/nitrative stress play a major role in acute chronic inflammation pain. Much the knowledge this field has been gathered by use pharmacological genetic approaches. In mini review, we will evaluate recent advances made towards understanding roles inflammation, focusing particular on superoxide peroxynitrite.
