摘要: In this study, the potential for application of bioaugmentation to Cd and Zn contaminated sediment was investigated. A batch experiment performed in lake sediments augmented with Ralstonia sp. HM-1. The degradation capacity 18.7 mg-DOC/l/day treatment group bigger than that blank (4.4 mg-DOC/l/day). It can be regarded as result reduction metal concentration liquid phase due adsorption into sediments, increased alkalinity resulting from sulfate by reducing bacteria (SRB). removal efficiency cadmium zinc both 99.7% after 35 days. Restrain elution water HM-1 added also shown. particular, observed exchangeable fraction an increase bound organics or sulfide indicate its role prevention sediment. Therefore, bioremediation restrain polluted metal, augmentation indigenous microorganism including SRB, stabilization surface is recommended.
