摘要: Objective: To evaluate the frequency and risk factors of epileptic seizures in a large cohort patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: Five hundred nineteen consecutive SLE were studied, follow-up ranging from 4 to 7.8 years. The type associated acute recurrent determined. Results: Sixty (11.6%) identified. Variables stroke ( p = 0.0004) antiphospholipid antibodies 0.0013). during related nephritis 0.001), 0.005), disease 0.00001). All seven who presented syndrome interictal abnormalities on EEG.
