摘要: The effect of intraperitoneal administration α‐tocopherol (100 mg/kg wt/24 h) on ascorbate (0.4 mM) induced lipid peroxidation mitochondria and microsomes isolated from rat liver testis was studied. Special attention paid to the changes produced highly polyunsaturated fatty acids C20:4 n6 C22:6 n3 in C22:5 testis. or a significant decrease control group, whereas acid composition treated group were not observed. light emission significantly higher than group. , n3, these observed mitochondria. both groups similar. treatment with at dose times indicated showed protector mitochondria, those situated protected during non enzymatic ascorbate‐Fe2+ peroxidation. by but could be explained if we consider that sum + is 2-fold present
