摘要: Pulsed IR laser ablation of ferrous sulfide (FeS) in a vacuum has been studied using scanning and transmission electron microscopy X-ray diffraction. This allows the analysis surface morphology composition irradiated target also coats deposited on unheated Ta, silica Cu substrates. It is observed that noncongruent FeS results deposition nanosized FeS-containing FeS1−x amorphous tantalum, crystalline copper sulfide-containing Cu2S phases copper. The detected phase, nanocrystalline chalcocite Cu2S, bornite Cu5FeS4, digenite Cu9S5 blaubleibend covellite are formed through reactive particles topmost layers. finding first example ablated inorganic compounds surfaces may spur more interest this simple process with various to achieve modifications other materials.
