摘要: The uniaxial tension of NiAl and FeAl intermetallic alloy nanofilms at different temperatures has been investigated by the molecular dynamics method. It was previously shown that 0 K are elastically deformed almost 40% that, under strain-controlled tension, there is a region in stress—strain curves, where an increase strain accompanied decrease tensile stress, i.e., stiffness negative. Deformation films thermal instability associated with appearance domains elastic strains. influence temperature on these effects investigated. Particularly, it as increases, both negative decrease. inhomogeneous for observed broader range (to 1000 K) than 300 K), which constitutes 0.16 0.65 melting point materials, respectively.
