Concurrent Detection of Protein Adsorption on Mixed Nanoparticles by Differential Centrifugal Sedimentation

摘要: In mixtures of nanoparticles various sizes or compositions, monitoring protein partitioning on their surfaces provides important information about particle–protein interactions during competitive adsorption. Utilizing the size-resolving capability differential centrifugal sedimentation, adsorption bovine serum albumin multisize gold with diameters ranging from 20 to 100 nm gold, silver, and silica similar diameter can be concurrently observed. This method used gain insight into nanoparticle–protein based analyses curvature relative abundance.
