Deformation and Recrystallization Textures in a High-Mn Steel Subjected to Large Strain Cold Rolling

摘要: The microstructure and texture evolution during cold rolling annealing of a high-Mn TWIP steel were investigated. development to total strain 3 was characterized by high dislocation density, numerous mechanical twinning shear banding. Cold accompanied the strong Brass S components formation α-fiber. recrystallization rolled specimens investigated at 873 K for 1 hour. An increase in reduction significantly accelerated kinetics, especially nucleation rate, leading much finer recrystallized grains larger strained samples. retained its main that developed rolling, but their intensity considerably weakened.
