摘要: Existing information visualization techniques are usually limited to the display of a few thousand items. This article describes new interactive capable handling million items (effectively visible and manageable on screen). We evaluate use hardware-based available with newer graphics cards, as well animation non-standard graphical features such stereovision overlap count. These have been applied two popular visualizations: treemaps scatter plot diagrams; but generic enough be other 2D representations well.
