摘要: This report has described a series of 22 patients who underwent colonoscopic decompression for acute pseudoobstruction the colon and summarizes those cases previously reported in literature. Twenty (91 percent) were successfully treated by initially. Fifteen (68 cured with initial procedure, 4 (18 experienced recurrence. Overall, 17 (77 percent), resolved completely decompression.
