摘要: The femoral artery postocclusive reactive hyperemia response was monitored by transcutaneous Doppler ultrasonography. Normal values which were established from a group of 25 volunteers included mean percentage increase [See Equation in PDF File] 225.8% and recovery half time 25.2 secs. In 22 patients with angiographically documented arterial occlusive disease, the respective 55.9% 47.1 secs (P < .001). There no statistically significant difference velocity increases repeat examinations. On other hand, second significantly shorter than preceding one. described technique proved to be very useful as simple objective procedure screen follow-up development disease before after reconstructive vascular surgery.
