摘要: Pseudohyperkalemia is an elevation in measured serum or plasma potassium levels caused by mechanical release of from cells during phlebotomy specimen processing. We describe a case pseudohyperkalemia disruption white blood leukemic patient because pneumatic tube transport the specimen. This first description causing pseudohyperkalemia, and clinicians should be aware this potential cause false levels.
